    Hi everybody,

I am relatively new to cycling and have just bought a Sirrus 2010 model for commuting in and out to work, can anybody recommend a good set of mudguards/fenders for me to use on the bike? I have read that a lot of the SKS mudguards are terribly hard to fit so if there are any other options I would love to hear them.

    Thanks,

    Keith.

I put SKS Chromoplastics on my Sirrus 2011 (Not sure if clearances etc are the same for the 2010). Difficult enough to fit. I had to use a small hacksaw to get all the rods to the exact length I needed them. Well worth the effort though. They haven't moved since and keep me really dry!

I went for the black narrow ones and I have 700 x 28c tyres on mine. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=25793
