Novara hosting

    Does anybody have a site hosting with Novara? Have a site that has been down since Saturday, the support guy keeps telling me that the server will be back asap. Is anybody else affected by this issue?

    Novara were acquired by Digiweb several years ago.

    Yeah some sites I still have hosted with them were down since Sunday but are back up after lunch today.

    I have started transferring the sites to blacknight though, not because there is the occasional outage but they are not very helpful with any issue you contact them on.
    I rang twice for an update, once Monday and again this morning and was told the same thing it should be back soon.
