    Hi guys

Moving office to Chapelizod later and wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a route back to Ballycullen? Or even the quickest way to Tallaght. Trying to avoid going through town but its not looking too good...

    Thanks

Should be no need for town. Go Chapelizod-Kylemore Rd to McDonalds-Naas Rd outbound-Red Cow-M50 Southbound. Traffic is never too bad so you should be home in 30 mins tops.

Walk up Chapelizod Hill Road to Kylemore Road, where you can get the Dublin Bus 76/76A/76B towards Tallaght. They all stop at the Square, so you can get an onward connection from there to Ballycullen on the 49.

I'm sure there are pre-paid ticket options that will save you cash.

This is probably the best option. The 76/a/b stop under the N4 bridge at the start of Kylemore Road. Get off at The Square and walk into the car park to take the 49 or 75. The 49 runs through much of Ballycullen while the 75 will bring you to Firhouse Road.

Check out the range of rambler tickets on the Dublin Bus website, if this is a journey you'll be making daily then you should consider getting the 7 day/30 day rambler ticket. If it's a journey you'll be making occasionally then you should use a Travel 90 ticket which allows you board multiple buses within 90 minutes for one fare.
