    Hi

I have a small number of shares worth ~1500 that I am looking to sell.
What are my options regarding selling these.
I sold the other half some time back through AIB/GoodBody and there commision was a flat fee of 100 euro , which seems a bit steep ????

    Cheers

Anyone other than your own bank basically couldn't be bothered registering you as a new customer (required under money-laundering legislation) for a small deal like that.

Sorry but for a one-off deal I doubt if you'll find anyone to do it for less than €100.

    AIB are 100 flat rate?

I've gotten charged 35 purchase and 35 sale, and I didn't think it was cheap. Admittedly I deal in quantities of around 500, small investments here and there.
