    Hi All,

I am looking for advice. In a couple of weeks I need to travel from Dublin Airport to Shannon Airport at night (leaving Dublin around midnight). I came across the jj kavanagh service departing at 12:30. Has anyone any advice about this service? Is it reliable etc.? I am a bit of a nervous about the thought of travelling during the night on my own. Just wanted to hear from others who may have used the service. Cheers!

Having gotten the 1:30am and 3:30am bus from Waterford to Dublin airport a few times and have gotten the midnight service back to Waterford a good few times too I can safely tell you that its fine, Ive never come across any problems or strange people on them before (at night). Those types of buses are the last places you would expect to find trouble on really.

In terms of reliability, it will be fine if you are getting the bus from the start of the journey (eg Dublin airport). But I find they usually run a bit late towards the end of the journey by about 20-30 mins or so depending on the time of the day.
