We're due to get an new uniform.

I heard the epaulettes will be colour coded to match PHECC colours or grades, anyone with any more info?

Also, rumoured to be getting an individual kit bag - any truth to this?

Epaulettes colour coded sounds like a great idea, esp with the ICS coming on stream, Havent heard this rumour yet though.

Personell small bags for obs gear would be great, most people have thier own but they vary greatly in quality.

Saw a Paramedic in Limerick recently and I couldn't believe what was on his epaulettes....AMBULANCE written AMBU and then its like whoever made them thought it all wasn't going to fit so just put LANCE underneath the U. What a joke! Could they not have made the writing smaller?
