Being Bounced around by UPC

    Hey Guys

I'm moving into a new place just a few doors down from my old place and low and behoild, UPC cant service the apartment

I've been in contact with them since the 11th of March and I've gotten no firm answer from them. Then on the 28th of March I was told that I could cancel my service (as it now shows up that i cant get anything) without penalty after being offered for 2 weeks their MMDS service. I said I'd get back to them

Now today they took it back and they are currently adding my new address to their system and going to contact me tomorrow with the services they can offer me

I have Digital +HD and broadband so if they cut my broadband and the Digital + and HD services and only offer me TV with no + then would
    Section 12 part 2 apply?

ii) if we significantly reduce the content of the Services you may
terminate this Agreement by giving us one month’s notice within 30
    days of such change.

Any help in this situation would be gratly appreciated

I would have thought that you were the one who was reducing your service (by moving into a place that has little or no UPC service), not them, but to be honest they are the best people to ask about it.

it is on Washington Street in the city centre of Cork city. Service is available all around us except in my apartment.
