Picasa editing on windows not available for iPad?

Sorry if this thread is in wrong place but I can't find the answer anywhere on the photography forum - Does anyone use picasa on an iPad as it doesn't look very clear in the app store which one does the editing as well:confused: Thanks! (think I need to invest in photoshop soon....):D
