    1. If I'm on JSA and I want to move house do I just need to bring in a bank statement from my new house to the SW office or do I also need to get my new landlord to sign anything?

    2. If I got a weeks work is it possible to go off JSA and back on it the following week without much hassle?

    1. You will need to provide the SW Office with a new proof of address. A bank statment, bill or tenancy agreement will suffice. You might be required to complete a form giving details of who you are living with and any other changes in circumstances.

    2. If you inform the office of the weeks work they can suspend your claim for up to 4 weeks if in temporary work. This will not close your claim and you can go straight back into payment. You might be required to provide a P45 or letter from your employer to confirm dates of work start and finish date.
