    These weird and wonderful creatures make me so friggin happy! So thought I'd share my happiness :D
    They are soooo friggin adorable. If you never heard of them before educate yourself, they are quite unique :)

    Saw one in the wild in Venezuela, I think. More sleepy then smiley but they do have the cutest babies.

    Though seems wrong the idea that you can hire them out for parties :/
    She has good bit of money now she should head down to Costa Rica to the shelter for them!

    Some sloth facts:

    n Sloths live in the rainforests of south and central America. They spend 90% of their life hanging upside down from tree branches by their hind legs.

    n The sloth’s chief survival strategy is camouflage. It is so sedentary that green algae grows on its coat, helping it blend into the surrounding vegetation.

    n Sloths sleep for 15 to 20 hours a day and even when awake spend much of their time immobile.
