    hello guys.I need some advice...

I will have court for driving offence in Cork but im living in Clonmel which is quite far away.I wondering where to take solicitor to make all things cheaper. I suppose he will charge extra money if he will travel to Cork,on court day....? and go to consultation here and then other somewhere in Cork is no point either?

Best to employ a solicitor who usually practices in the court where the summons will be heard.

(s)he will know the local Gardai and will know the form of the local judge.

Your local solicitor will be able to contact someone. If not ring the District Court Clerk in the court you are going to.

    Good luck
