Hi, Which boiler could be better for house 200m2 with BER C2. I need a cheapest option. What is a price for these boilers and cost of instalation?

The cheapest option by far is without question going to be an oil boiler. Grant Vortex is best one on the market.
Viessmann do a blue flame modulating oil boiler but availability in Ireland is extremely slim. Will only work on gas oil also. Cost is also an issue, about 4 times the price of a Vortex.
Reillo are currently working on a retrofit blue flame modulating oil burner that can be retorfitted to condensing oil boilers. This should be available in the next couple of years so it should be a nice add on.

Grant also do a condensing wood pellet boiler but cost is fairly restrictive. Coming at around €8,000 - €9,000 plus you will have to purchase a 3.5 tonne hopper and auger if you do not wish to bag feed it. There are cheaper ones on the market, plus more expensive ones so you will have to do plenty of research on them.

Oil is the cheapest install, a standard condensing oil boiler will cost around €1500 plus oil tank at €300. To go to blue flame which is available for normal heating oil the boiler will cost around €4500 but claims to reduce oil consumption by a further 10% to 15%. Wood pellet which if going for bulk supply is at around 40% to 45% cheaper than oil but including the boiler 3 tonne hopper and flue will cost around €9300 or if without the 3 tonne silo the pellets will be dearer roughly €50 per tonne dearer still around 30% cheaper than oil and the boiler cost will be €6500 inc flue. I am working on oil at €0.90 per litre and wood pellets at €250 per tonne bulk delivery and bagged pellets at €4.50 per 15kg bag.

I would go a bit north of that €1,500 for an oil condensing boiler if that includes labour and it is installed to Regulation standards.

Just to clarify I wasn't including install costs on any of the boilers.
