Just wondering if anyone here is currently involved in mobile catering and would like to share their experience/knowledge?? I have been thinking about starting up my own catering but would like to hear back from some people currently involved in same. Thanks :)

Hi I dont know if you got any replies to your post. I'm in the same situation. Got a small catering trailer and wanted to sell vegetarian food. Didnt get a permit for Galway sunday market. Now looking for festivlas etc. I just needed for sundays as i work four days a week. Did you get any replies?
