Would someone be able to please explain briefly to me how the rights of the plaintiff have changed since the implementation of the Act? I am extremely clueless at the moment and have read several articles, but most of them just go on and on about Strict Liability... surely there is more to it than that? I don't want anyone to spoon feed me answers, just if someone could point me in the right direction it would be very helpful. I have read the McMahon and Binchy chapter of it aswell.

    Thanks.

You know this is due in a 6pm right?

Healy and Quill answer this very well. You only really need to look at Quill's comment heading to get one point of view.
