TV out of sync

I have a sharp 26 inch TV,its picking up the saorview channels but the lip sync is just not right.TV was bought in the north and its a free-view TV,do you think is it the TV or aerial,btw I can't pick up any analogue channels.Could I get free-view as I'm Donegal if I move my aerial.Thanks for any help:)
