    What do you mean by separate power source? It'll have a plug, you can't power it with a USB if that's what you mean :pac:

    The "internal" bit means that the power adapter is inside the monitor, as opposed to a laptops "brick" externally.

    Pretty sure BenQ make good quality monitors, but I've never had any experience with them. Somebody else would be able to make a better judgement on it.

    I have one and I'm very happy with it. It's a TN panel, so the viewing angles aren't the best, but otherwise it's very good.

    Some people find the LED backlight to be tok bright, can't say I have that complaint myself!
