After the teacher asks 'Is bark natural or unnatural' and the students reply 'Natural' What does the little girl say after that? It's like she's saying 'OMG'?

Yes she says OMG, I cringe everytime I see that ad. And sadly yes,kids these days actually do say OMG. I fear for our future.
