Claiming back student fees after medical card came through

    Hi

    just double checking here. Paid student fees of 250 in October.
    If you have a medical card you don't need to pay. Mine hadn't come through at that stage and only came this week.
    Its valid from September 2011 to September 2012 so am i right to be able to claim back the 250?

    That money would be so handy at he moment!

    I'm not sure, but I would guess it really depends on the date you officially started college, and the date from which the medical card is valid. Tbh I have never heard of this medical card covering student fees thing, but I think it's something that either the student admin in college, or the body that awarded the medical card should know for certain.
