OP, do you think this may be a topic that comes up quite regularly in this forum? Ever thought of doing a search? "Red lights" will return numerous threads covering all aspects of the topic;)

    Neither,

I go up a couple of gears, get my arse out of the saddle and sprint through with my eyes closed - so far so good:)

I think at this time of year with the return of the Canadian Geese, the swallows and the lesser spotted POBSO, the absolute and relative numbers of red light jumpers increases, peaking in late June.

When we will co-incidently see an increase in the number of "I got a court summons" threads...

I stop at all red lights.

But generally from observation, just as with peds and drivers: the amount of people stopping depends on the junction type and size the traffic / the time of day, and the direction they are hedging in

I stop, then again I am old, fat and unfit and need the rest, if I get a string of them green and then I get a red my breathing can be louder than a boy racers exhaust. Oh how I pray for them to go red at times :o but I'm getting better

That's what I told the cops one day, they didn't believe me, telling me, the red light is always on top, amber always in the middle, green always on the bottom. Seems like, you can't fool the traffic corps
