Going on a stag in July, have rounded it down to the following locations but its hard to judge from the sites which would be the best spot. Have the cost of flights for each, just wondering what people here would recommend -

    Krakow 241
    Berlin 182
    Prague 203
    Riga 245
    Bratislava 188

    Thanks

Krakow or Berlin for me. Definitely wouldn't go to Riga. Prague is decent, but a bit 10 years ago! Haven't been to Bratislava.
Krakow had a great mix of pubs, really cheap, kebabs on sale everywhere and no one trying to rip you off. People were really friendly and plenty of pubs in close proximity. One of the most underrated cities in Europe for stag nights imho.

I went to Bratislava on my stag and I would definitely recommend it.

Thanks, anything in particular that you would prefer to the other places?
I see that it's meant to be dirt cheap for drink and you can go on one of those dry bobsled runs for v little cost

Just to make things awkward, Hamburg is probably the best place I've been for a stag. If it's an option for you, it's worth considering

I'd stay way from krakow they try to rip you off every chance they get it was a beautiful city but I'll never go back because of them trying to rip me off. Frankfurt is class if Berlin is anything like it it'll be brilliant and the Germans are sound out, but Prague has been my favourite place I've ever visited in Europe it's a beautiful city and the night life is brilliant and it's dirt cheap!

I've been to all those places bar Riga (which I believe they call Prague of the Baltic and apparently great craic for stage but don't take my word as I haven't been there)

Personally I wouldn't bother with Bratislava or Krakow (for a stag that is)

I have been to 2 stags in Prague and its defo a stag friendly place - bars, clubs *cough strip clubs, gun ranges etc...
Berlin is a fantastic party city also so its a matter of personal choice

Thanks, what was it about the 2 places you disliked?

General consensus here seems to be saying Berlin or Prague

Have to say, that didn't happen me at all. Can't go wrong with any germany cities though.
Hamburg must have 100 bars around the reeperbahn area. And if anyone is interested in football, St. Pauli play just at the end of it. An experience to go to a match there, cost €12 for a ticket.
Head to the 99 cent bar to get a few cheap drinks in, (yes, 99 cent drinks) and if 99 cent is too expensive, OP can say shots are on him and head to Lucky Star where you get a shot for 50 cent!
Then head down to the fishmarket area and drink till 10am.
Stay right in the middle of the Reeperbahn in A&0 for cheap. There, planned the whole stag!

Thanks, i'm thinking either Frankfurt or Prague now. Both spots are good for cheap drink and plenty of bars and strip clubs.
The advantage i'm seeing to Prague is day activities though, seen dry run bobsledging and a wind tunnel for indoor skydiving in Prague, both for reasonable money

i was in prague last week, id say it would be a great place for a stag, i will admit i havnt been to any other city on that list though,
a beer was 2 euro in the hard rock cafe:), a few rip off tourist places in old town town square but generally most things are cheap,
you can do beer tasting tours in the evening, there is a shooting range somewhere but its around 60euro pp i think, rent boats on the river, you can rent one with a bbq on it!

plenty of dodgy looking characters around the place directing groups of lads to "cabaret" bars:),

Would recommend Prague, Berlin and Krakow.

I would never, ever go back to Riga or Bratislava.
People are ignorant and rude and the bars are all run by Russian Mafia.

Had a good time on a football trip to Bratislava, but no craic from the locals at all. Krakow was much better and there seems to be a good buzz between the Polish and Irish at the minute. Cracking time on my brothers stag there...

Place you might and places I might go might be very different! :D

In all honesty you can't really go wrong where ever you go in Berlin the place is epic.
