ARTC Licence info wanted

    I want to apply for the ARTC from Ireland without a visa
    I have no immediate plans to got to Australia but if over the next year I have trouble getting work I might venture over to an Oil & Gas job in WA .

    My question is if I apply from here does it expire if not used ?

    My sister is living in Aus for the year so I have an address that i can use if required

    My qualification is Electrical & Instrumentation by the way .

    I've tried online but it's hard to get information on it

    Any feedback appreciated
