What can you do when the office bully claims they are the victim?

Bit of background = I recently complained to my boss about the office bully/dosser. Shes lazy, doesnt do her work and I end up picking up the pieces.

Everyone whinges about her but no one has officially complained about the elephant in the room and when I offered to was told that apparently she has already lodged a complaint about being victimised.

How? What? When? Where? Who? Talk about being ahead of the game.

So obviously management need to thread carefully...anything I can do? Advice?
