Facebook being very buggy today - Likes & Posts vanishing

I keep getting notifications for "Likes" on posts, and then they aren't actually there. And posts I made on my wall are vanishing. Is this happening for anyone else today? It's the same in Chrome, Firefox, Android app and my Android browser.
