KBC Bank - need information!

    Hi

So I just found out I will get a second interview with KBC Bank, for their graduate programme (the woman I talked to said she thought the second interview would be with the credit & risk division).

From all I've read about KBC, it seems to be a nice enough place. However, there isn't a lot of information out there about them.

Is there anyone on this forum who would know anything about: Compensation (for the grad programme), everyday tasks, working environment, what to expect on the second interview etc.

    Thanks!

    /John

A friend of mine recently started working in KBC in mortgage structuring. He seems ot really love it. Pay is 25k, but that's just for the 18 month grad programme.

    Hey Wendero,

I have a first round interview with KBC next week. Can you give me an example of the questions you were asked and any tips you might have. Much appreciated.

    Thanks

Hi all just wondering if anyone can help. I had an interview 3 months ago for a position. I felt I did a good interview and I completed some assessments that were emailed to me afterwards. To date I have received no feedback. U emailed the recruitment contact 5 weeks after the interview. She advised they were still interviewing and would contact me in 2 weeks. I have emailed twice since and never got a reply and still no feedback. I found out myself that the position was already filled but I find it very unprofessional that they have not come back after 3 months. Has anyone else had this experience with their recruitment department. There are other roles with them I am interested in but without the feedback from my first interview with them do I just apply regardless or hope this contact will eventually come back to me with some feedback. Appreciate anyone's option on this that has dealt with them.
