This is probably way too early but I wanted to guess who Ireland will be playing. This series will have a big input into whether Ireland finish this year in the top 8 in the world.

    Oct 20
    Australia v NZ

    Nov 10
    Scotland v NZ
    England v Fiji
    Wales v Arg
    France v Australia

    Weekend of Nov 16/17
    Scotland v SA
    England v Australia
    Wales v Samoa
    France v Arg
    Italy v New Zealand

    Nov 24
    Scotland v Tonga
    England v SA
    Wales v NZ
    France v Samoa
    Ireland v Arg

Dec 1 (I'm not sure if this game is inside the test window so it will be interesting to see what France based Welsh players will be available)
    England v NZ
    Wales v Australia

All these fixtures are from ESPN and Allblacks.com

It looks like we could be playing South Africa on Nov 7 as it would be highly unlikely that they'd only play 2 games up here and so have a free weekend. Who would we play on Nov 14 though. With NZ, SA, OZ, Samoa, and Arg all booked it could be Tonga, Fiji, USA, or Canada. I don't know if the USA or Canada are touring though.

Wales and Australia will know each other a bit to well by the time the Lions Tour rolls around, come the 23rd of June it will be 5 times in under a year, and thats without adding on the 1st of Dec. although we seem to have the wood on them at the moment.

Fair enough, Aviva so. Didn't we play Tonga in Belfast recently?

We last played Tonga in 2003 and it was in Tonga. Last time Ireland played in Ravenhill was Italy in 2007 before the Aviva was around.

I've a feeling we could play Tonga in the AIs maybe

We beat Tonga 48-19 in Ravenhill in 2009... However it was Ireland A (last ever game as Ireland A I think?)

Thought it was more recent than that!

I really doubt we'll play 4 games, especially one right before the Heineken Cup resumes.

No need to be stabbing anywhere, these fixtures have been confirmed long ago, we'll be playing Argentina on Nov 24, it's going to be a massive one for rankings. Arg have Wales and France before us so hopefully we'll be in a decent position.
