Hi Everyone,
I am trying to find out what I can do about my neighbour , we live in a semi d house and our boundry fence to the rear of our house is a concrete post and wire fence, my neighbour decided to build a wooden shed which the roof came over the fence to my property by 6 inches , so I decided to build a 2 meter wooden fence inside my side of the concrete posts which was perfect as I did not have to look at his shed. Now the problem is my neighbour is a hoarder and he has stacked everything possible against my fence and its starting to warp and has moved and I think if he stacks anymore it will fall down, he is not the friendliest of people and I was told where to go when I addressed this problem to him, it makes me angry inside when I take pride in my home and garden and I do nothing to disturb others comforts, could you please tell me where I stand in this situation and what I could do about it legally . Thanks guys . Much appreciated

Take the fence down where his stuff is leaning against it.

When his stuff falls in your yard - take it.

Put fence back up.
