    Hi Everyone,
I am trying to find out what I can do about my neighbour , we live in a semi d house and our boundry fence to the rear of our house is a concrete post and wire fence, my neighbour decided to build a wooden shed which the roof came over the fence to my property by 6 inches , so I decided to build a 2 meter wooden fence inside my side of the concrete posts which was perfect as I did not have to look at his shed. Now the problem is my neighbour is a hoarder and he has stacked everything possible against my fence and its starting to warp and has moved and I think if he stacks anymore it will fall down, he is not the friendliest of people and I was told where to go when I addressed this problem to him, it makes me angry inside when I take pride in my home and garden and I do nothing to disturb others comforts, could you please tell me where I stand in this situation and what I could do about it legally . Thanks guys . Much appreciated

Fence his damage! Fence the fuck out of his damage! It'll be all some kind of ironic retribution or something I think. Will totally learn him.

Blast him with the garden hose.

But really, can you not just have a chat with him? Can't be THAT bad.

"The height of any such structure shall not exceed 2 metres or, in the case of a wall or fence within or bounding any garden or other space in front of a house, 1.2 metres. "

Plant a load of drugs in his house and then call the cops. That'll show him.

Take the fence down where his stuff is leaning against it.

When his stuff falls in your yard - take it.

    Put fence back up.

    Welcome to boards..

It seems you have posted your query in the equivalent of the pub and every one seems to have had a few :)

Try the Gardening forum or maybe Accomodation and Property forum?

You'll find them along the tabs at the top.

Or some kind person might provide a link, I don't know how.

    Hope you get sorted.

AH answer: Huff and Puff and blow his **** down!

The OP already tried to talk the guy and got short shrift

Those two forums can't help the OP now

He wants serious and direct action, the type of advice only AH can advise

    I'm still going with arson

Sorry man, we're an unhelpful buch of messers at the best of times, the lot of us.

There's an Accommodation & Property forum here, and a Legal Discussion forum here, they might have some good info for you.

Or if you wait a while someone will eventually post something useful in this thread too, maybe.

I apologise for letting AH down folks :o

I honestly don't know what came over me.

I have brought shame on my family being so feckin helpful.

    Karma owes me now

    Balding prematurely? Embrace it.

Don't cut your toenails with a scythe.

Under no circumstances should you commission a show with Craig Doyle
