AIB online banking "Order Statement"

    Hi I just ordered a statement as I need one to change bank. I did in on AIB online banking. They said estatement would be ready within 2/3 days and paper statement shortly after by post. Nothing was mentioned of any charge. Will I be charged for this?

    I'm not totally certain, but I imagine you will be charged a duplicate statement fee - 2.54 per page.

    No you shouldn't be charged. The order statement facility prints a list of transactions from the last statement run date to the date of order.

    Unless you get a statement re-printed it should be free.
