    Xperia Ray/Arc/X10/Play are all good phones. Some will be getting Ice Cream Sandwich(New android) next month supposedly too.

    Have an x10 and its a really nice phone, would recommend.

    EDIT: X10 isnt getting ICS, #rage.

    Savage phone. Recommend it. Lovely interface. Nice and slim. Nice screen. Good music player/camera. Should get ICS update soon too. Go for it
