CSS Loyalty Club

    Have a quick question on the CSS Loyalty Club.

    As I bought a new bike last year I'm in the "club". When I bought the bike they said they either give 10% off the bike or 10% worth of accessories.

    So since I'm in the club I now get 7.5% off a new bike. Will I also get the extra 10% off?

    Don't ask... don't get!

    I always like to try and get an answer to those sorts of questions before asking in store so that you don't get fobbed off or outright lied to.

    I rang CSS to ask about the 105 5700 Groupsets thay they were selling for €475. They said the 10% loyalty card discount didn't apply to this deal because it was already reduced..

    I see there website is down today too...

    no matrter where I am, i always look for a deal, so if the bill comes to €435, just tell him that you will give him €400 for cash. Worst thing is, they say no and you pay the €435, but like you say, you don't ask, then you don't get.... so go ask :)
