Apartment in Italy

    A friend of mine is selling a small 2 bedroom apartment about 45 minutes North of Bergamo (Ryanair direct flights)

    It's ideally suited as a base for walking / skiing weekends and holidays.

    Her problem -
    She speaks no Italian! She bought it through a local estate agent with help from an Italian friend.

    Now she doesn't know how to get it onto the market.

    Does anyone have any ideas what she ought to do?
