Some years ago a practical joker inserted into one of those long boiler plate commercial leases a covenants prohibiting elephants and kangaroos in the car part.

I see an elephant got into a carpark in Blackpool Cork yesterday. Time to check those leases guys

presumably relief against forfeiture would be granted given the elephant was removed

    Elephant was trespassing.

Argument could be made that it was force majeur - there was an elephant running though the car park, you can't just stop an elephant, just like that.
