Kerry Airport construction works (new tender)

    This might be of interest to some of you:
    IRL-Farranfore: construction work for airfields, runways and manoeuvring surfaces

    The main works subject to this contract contain the following:

    — Threshold 26 relocation,

    — CAT I approach lighting system relocation,

    — Eastern RESA extension to approximately 150mx240m,

    — Western RESA extension to approximately 150mx240m,

    — Construction of concrete box to channel open drain,

    — Construction of Eastern runway turn pad extension,

    — Construction of Western runway turn pad extension,

    — Installation of runway guard lights,

    — Relocation of PAPI,

    — Relocation of glide path,

    — Reparation of drain and pavement across taxiway,

    — Installation of new airfield ground lighting control panel at ATC tower.

    All new Public Works contracts are controlled by the Main Contractor whoever that is, so it'll be their choice of subcontractor for the electrical work.

    *If it is a Public Works contract.... It should be seen as it was on etenders.
