trouble with JAVA for ROS.ie

    I am trying to do tax returns on www.ros.ie which requires Java.
    when i enter my password i am getting the message "java applet failed to load"
    i have the latest version of Java installed, i have deleted old versions, i have enabled java on tools-internet options-advanced-enable java

    any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    If you have java 7 SE installed, a number of applications (e.g GoToMyPC) will not work with it. They demand 6.x
