    Hi

I recently moved back home to Kildare from Dublin.I went in to my local welfare office to change my address and was handed a repeat claim form - is this the norm does anyone know?I am currently on casual welfare and the only circumstances that have changed is my address ie i have one days work a week three times a month which i declare etc.

Any help on this would be much appreciated :)

Thanks - does this mean that I have to put in a new claim rather than just change my address?

There should be a question asking where you are transferring from (your office where you used to sign),and no it is not a new claim.might take 1-2 weeks to get sorted. If you are in need of funds contact your local CWO (new area)and apply for http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/social_welfare/social_welfare_payments/supplementary_welfare_schemes/supplementary_welfare_allow.html
