Looking for a good second hand Garmin Forerunner 305 for running, but was wondering is there a connection that can connect it to a road bike as well.

I think you are looking for a Garmin 305 bike mount, also called Quick Release Bike Mount. Amazon, wiggle and all the usual suspects do stock that. Just make sure it's the one for the 305.

Dose this model come with Bike speed/cadence sensor as a extra,
it would save me messing around with a speedo as well.

The speed/cadence sensor is extra and costs about €50. I have one but found a right pain, to be honest, and eventually took it off my bike.

Then again I'm a runner, so I don't even know why I bought one in the first place.
