Fujipix problems

Hi! I am a bit of an amateur budding sports photographer and was asked to print off a few photos. Did a few with Fujipix online but they seem to be taking ages and heard of problems with them before. Anyone any experiences with them and where do you go for your prints?? Cheers and hope you're enjoying the sun!
