Have you bought much there and what vehicle/engine are we talking about?

I'm very wary of cheap garages with no branding especially with having a common rail diesel.

At whitegate beside Carnaross? Signs are pretty much just injector/fuel pump/ engine failure... poorly running engine also.
Just fill up somewhere reputable from now on.

Is there any easy way to remedy these issues or will people have to replace these parts if affected?

If you get the washed stuff, generally you won't go as far on it so thats one easy way to tell but its too late at that point,

but for older stuff (non common rail) its not as bad as people think, doesn't really cause engine damage just injector trouble, the fuel pump issues depend on the car and the pump being used. So its not as bad as they make out on the news unless your driving a new audi with 10,000bar injector pressures

Well you could definitely get most makes of injectors reconditioned, engine rebuilt, not sure about the fuel pump possibly recondition it also.
