    So the background is

I've been of work for 18mths due to depression and am unlikely to return anytime soon, I got the form to apply for Invalidity Pension and there is a section asking that if you have been out of work for less than 2 years you need to supply a P45.

The issue is that The employer is keeping my job open so I don't have a P45. I want to apply for the pension now due to how long it takes so does anybody know where i stand

    Thanks

    Omega

    Hi Omega.

You just need to include a letter from your employer confirming when you last physically worked.
