    Hi all,

I have a Kodak Easyshare DX6340 that I cannot get to power up. I'm looking to get photos from the internal memory of the camera. Would anyone know a service that might be able to help?

    Thanks in advance

just a thought which you probably tired already but can you get it to turn on if connected through the usb to a pc? If you can you might be able to get the pics that way.

    Thanks for the reply,

I did try that but it doesn't seem to power on from that method either. It powers for a second then dies again. I'm thinking there must be a way to take the internal memory out but need help

    Thank you so much

Is the issue with powering up related to the battery? Have you tried an AC adaptor (I think this camera needs to be in the dock for use with the AC)? Or tried a different battery? That be your 1st port of call maybe.
