While you are waiting on your decision you can attend the Community Welfare Officer and they might help you with payment until the claim is decided. You can use the temporary card to collect this payment. The plastic card should be received within 10 days. You will also need the card (temporary or official) if you are required to sign on every 4 weeks pending the decision.

so should I go to the Post Office with this card and ID? or it is better to go to SW again and ask...?

    Thank you for reply :)

There won't be a payment there until you receive a letter confirming this. If the CWO pays you then they will inform you of the payment process.
the temp card is only a card and does entitle you to a payment.
