    Hi,
I have a Tamron 17-50 f2.8 lens and there's spots appearing on all photos.
besides cleaning the lens and 'other end' how does one clean it and what price do places charge to do this?
    e.g.

Are you sure it is on the lens and not on the sensor? It is easy to
clean the front and rear lens elements. Blow off any loose dust with
a blower and then clean them using a lens wipe or a very soft cloth.

It is possible for small abounts of dust to get into a zoom lens,
but they are usually so far out of focus that you can's see them
in the image. Can you see dust inside the lens?
