You'll need to fly one of the european hubs. I think Iberia are usually cheapest with a stop off in Sao Paolo. You might get that for around 700e if you book in advance? I'd budget for between 700e to 1000e depending on availability.

Air france and KLM would be my preference. Air france premium economy is very comforable but you're looking at around 1500e. Flight is around 14hrs from a European hub, maybe 12 or so from Madrid.

I did Air France Dublin-Paris-Buenos Aires with Air France on the way out and Lima-Amsterdam-Dublin on the way back with KLM. On the way over, it was annoying that Air France couldn't pre-assign us our seats so it was a stress getting seats we had requested; with KLM, no complaints but I had my pisco brandy confiscated by Scheviningen airport. Bastards.
