70 does me great. Used to have a 60 & that worked very well also.

    28.2E, 28.5E, 19.2E, 13.0E & 9.0E should all be recievable with a 60.

There still are a few weak transponders ive come across on 19.2 and 13. One of the weaker transponders on 13east seems to be the polish n transponder that has tvp1 hd and the epg data is weak on a 60cm.

Yes, I had this same problem with a 60cm with 13 & 19.2 . So I'd go with 70-80 if you want to get the most out of it, but 60 will serve you well if your not after too much in particular.

We had a 65" sky disk , but lost signal in heavy rain.

We now use an 80" and it always works.

Also with a 80cm you'll be able to pick up 23.5 without having to move anyting around or add anything to the dish.

Not sure if you can with a 60cm, you probably could but would get alot of weak TP's.
