form 11 unclear parts

    Hello.I have question in relation to form 11 first page.

    Whou should sign part of "capacity of signatory" if im single?

    And at the very bottom on first page there is part "contact details" - Agents TAIN and Clients ref? what ar they?

    Assuming it's your own tax return then the capacity is principal.

    The agents TAIN is your tax advisers identification number or the clients ref is the the ref your tax adviser uses for you. If you're filing your own return then you can ignore both of these parts.
