Update Windows phone 7 to 7.5 Without Breaking SIM Unlock

    Hi i have a htc surround SIM unlocked on windows phone 7. I was wondering if i updated my phone through zune would it break my SIM unlock and lock back to AT&T or will i still be able to use my carrier here in Ireland?

    Not unless its has some uber special software at&t installed. SIM unlock isn't really governed by the OS update.

    I had my Samsung Omnia 7 unlocked previously via network unlock code and it was fine after the OS update.
