Desktop text software - free texts from Outlook?

    Hi

    O2 used to offer a piece of software that integrated with Outlook and allowed you to send free SMS messages from within Outlook. A couple of years ago the original Swedish company that created it started charging and O2 no longer support it. I work in the HSE and one of the medical manpower offices is looking for a desktop text option that would be advert and bug free and hopefully send free texts. I told them that might not be an option but could anyone point me towards a decent, non-expensive option that preferably would work with Outlook, though a web based option would be OK too.
