    Hi,

Could someone recommend a harpist that is near or will travel to Kilkenny?
Cheapest I'v been quotes was €250.
I only need them for an hour for the ceremony.

    Thanks

Try Jean Wallace!I know she travels and is excellent but is currently based in Dublin...

Also...please please please bear in mind it is NOT just an hour for the ceremony. There are practice hours, travel hours, prep hours, travel costs, VAT, lessons, etc to consider... Something to bear in mind in case you thought all us musicians were trying to fleece you :)

We had a lady called Fionnuala Monks for our wedding. She is based in Dublin and is amazing! Don't think u'll get her for €250 tho. She sang at our ceremony aswell so you may possibly et her cheaper if you just want her harpist skills. Check out her website.
