We are on the NBs with 3. We joined the scheme about 2 yrs ago. Our dongle broke during the week and I went into a 3 store to see if I could purchase a replacement. The sales assistant gave me the option of upgrading to mobile wifi for €44. I'm not very technical but the device looks like the one on your posted link. Speed is great (compared to what we had anyway) and so far very happy with it. We can also use it for wifi access on our mobiles (which are on the vodafone network):D
