Cheap fixie rear wheel

    Mine is dead and assuming I cannot rebuild it - where, online, can I get a cheap replacement? I cannot find any on CRC or Wiggle?

    (B'N'M shops have said 1 week minimum to get one in (CCS, CycleWays and Wheelworx))

    Hi Tunney,
    I have an almost new Halo Aerotrack rear wheel with an 18 sprocket on it. If you're around Dublin I can let you have it for 50 Euro. It's just taking up space here. :-)

    Cheers - is the rim on this suitable for use with brakes? Didn't think they were?

    Sorry, really should have mentioned in the OP that I want to use rim brakes with it.

    No worries - I'm not sure to be honest although I had a quick look on their website and it says it can.

    What colour is it and is it anodised or painted?
