    Hi there.. been thinking about getting together with a few others and taking a commercial unit in the Blanchardstown area for storage.. ie, splitting the cost between a few people and making it feasible. Anyone interested in this?

    I was thinking about a unit in Rosemount maybe.. They seem pretty secure and seeing as a garage seems to be running at around 100 a month it would make sense for 6+ guys to take one of these units. We'd need one thats big enough to have plenty of room for each car etc.. looks like we might even get a decent summer this year so it would be convenient for anyone in Blanch/ Castleknock/ Clonsilla etc and everyone would have access when needed. As long as the numbers were small enough it would seem safe enough too. Better than having a decent car outside or in an underground car park.. much more limited access and much more controlled! I'm going to make a few calls, assuming I get enough interest

    I know of someone who is potentially looking for a unit that is capable of storing a bus/coach, he'd be keen to share with others. But ideally he needs somewhere on the N7......

    I'd be interested but security would be my concern. The unit you are thinking of, how modern is it? Also would it be for storage only or would it be possible to do some work there too?

    The units I have in mind are pretty modern to be honest. I can't really see security being a particular issue.Only had a couple of PMs so far so if anyone is interested let me know asap!
